Josh Hibbard - Colossians 1:1-14
The gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Not only does God save sinners, but he transforms them to be people growing in holiness whose love of God and others is tangible. Just as we would respond with thanksgiving when someone gives us a gift, we respond in thanksgiving continually for the gift of salvation we have been given by God and for his on going work in our lives. As we grow to understand all that God has done for us, a heart of thanks leads to a heart of prayer that begs God to continue to complete his work in our lives. This Sunday we will begin preaching through the book of Colossians. Join us as we press into what God has for us through this Christ-exalting letter over the next two months.
