Jan 7, 2019
At the beginning of each new year it can be tempting to look back on the previous year and want to forget everything. It’s tempting to say, "Last year was a wash, but this year I’m going to be and do something entirely new." However, this tends to be an over-reaction and is not always necessary. Rather than casting an entirely new mission, vision, and set of values for our church in 2019, we are going to do something else. We are going to "recalibrate."
During the month of January we are going to look at our vision
statement and three core values in order to ask ourselves,
"What did we do well?" "Where do we need to grow?" Asking ourselves
these questions is key to helping us more faithfully embody our
vision statement and our core values.
Join us during the month of January as we "recalibrate" and look to live more faithfully together as a church family in 2019.
Vision Statement: Connecting the gospel to people, people to community, and community to mission.
Core Values: Gospel. Community. Mission.
